Anna Wintour and Meryl Streep graced the cover of Vogue together and celebrated their unique relationship inspired by The Devil Wears Prada. The upcoming sequel will release in theaters on May 1.

Wintour shared her thoughts on aging, saying that she enjoys her age and feels as alive and engaged as ever. He emphasized on learning from his children and teams around the world and described the experience as bringing balance and proportion. He said that life is not perfect and if things do not work out then one should try one’s best and move on. “I think age is actually an advantage,” he said.
When asked about swapping jobs with Streep, Wintour declined, saying that she had no talents such as singing, dancing, or acting, and mocked her lack of skills in cooking or sewing.
Wintour has previously described the character of Miranda Priestly as a caricature. In a podcast interview with New Yorker editor David Remnick, she admitted that she went to the film’s premiere without knowing much about its content. She agreed that the portrayal was “cartoonish”, but also praised the film’s subtlety and humor. Wintour mentioned frequently discussing the film with fashion designer Miuccia Prada, noting that it was “really good for you.”
Interestingly, a genealogy report from Ancestry revealed that Anna Wintour and Meryl Streep may be sixth cousins, adding intrigue to their bond.
