Pediatric nurse Lalitha D’Silva, who worked as a nanny for Nita and Mukesh Ambani’s youngest son Anant Ambani and recently attended his wedding ceremony, spoke about her childhood. She also recalled working for the Ambani family for 11 years and detailed her experience of working as a nanny for Kareena Kapoor Khan’s son Taimur. She is currently taking care of actor Ram Charan and his wife Upasana’s daughter Clint Cara.

“He (Anant) was the first child I started taking care of. It was an incredible feeling to be with him Her marriage, I can’t explain how I felt. He was a good kid, he is still the same,” De Silva said. HT CityHe also said that she worked with him “with devotion”.

She also praised Nita and Mukesh Ambani for remembering her even after so many years. “They are still in touch with me. It is God’s blessing. And not just Anant, I took care of Isha and Akash as well. I used to call them Nita bhabhi earlier, now I call them madam. They are a very rich family, but still they have not forgotten me.”

Lalitha D’Silva revealed that she was also invited to Isha and Akash’s wedding but couldn’t attend as she was travelling with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan’s son Taimur.

Although she loves taking care of kids, De Silva felt a lot of pressure especially when she was working as Taimur’s nanny. Paparazzi frenzy around TaimurShe said, “There was pressure from people and the media. I had to tell people that ‘he is a child’, don’t follow him, why are you behaving like this?’ I had to tell mothers that ‘I know Taimur is very cute, his parents are also lovely and beautiful, but take care of your children too, take pictures of your children yourself.’ There was a lot of pressure, but I managed.”
