Amaran: Sai Pallavi’s first look from Mukund Varadarajan’s biopic released
The first look of Sai Pallavi from the upcoming Tamil film Amaran was released today, September 27. The film, starring Sivakarthikeyan, is a biopic of late Major Mukund Varadarajan.

The first look teaser of Sai Pallavi from the Tamil film Amaran was released on Friday, 27 September. Pallavi plays the role of Indu Rebecca Varghese, the wife of late Major Mukund Varadarajan, played by Sivakarthikeyan.
Sharing the teaser, the makers of the upcoming film wrote, “Cupid attacks Amaran #SaiPallavi as Indu Rebecca Varghese, The Heart of Amaran (sic).” The one minute, twenty-two second video begins with Prime Minister Narendra Modi presenting the Ashoka Chakra to Sindhu, which seamlessly transitions into Sai Pallavi’s portrayal on screen. It also gives a glimpse into the touching love story of Major Mukund Varadarajan and Sindhu Varghese, told from Sindhu’s perspective.

Directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy, Amaran is an inspirational story about late Major Mukund Varadarajan. It is produced by Kamal Haasan, R Mahendran and Sony Pictures International Productions. The film is set for release on 31 October 2024.
