Inside Allu Arjun’s Allu Cinemas, India’s largest Dolby Cinema screen in Hyderabad
Allu Arjun’s Allu Cinema, located inside Allu Studios in Kokapet, will begin public operations this week with major releases including Dhurandhar: The Revenge and Ustad Bhagat Singh on India’s largest Dolby Cinema screen.
Allu Arjun’s Allu Cinemas, located inside the Allu Studios complex in Kokapet near Hyderabad’s financial district, is set to open for audiences this week. The theater has already attracted attention for its scale and technology, as it is touted as having India’s largest Dolby cinema screen.
Multiplexes to commence operations with two anticipated releases of the year – Ranveer Singh Dhurandhar: Revenge And of Pawan Kalyan Ustad Bhagat SinghBoth are scheduled to release on March 19. for paid preview show Dhurandhar 2 Expected to take place on March 18.

The cinema will reportedly be inaugurated by Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Earlier this year, a soft launch was organized at the venue which was attended by Allu family members and several celebrities from the Telugu film industry.
A major attraction of the theater is its huge screen, which is approximately 75 feet wide. This screen is said to be the largest Dolby Cinema screen in India and reportedly the second largest screen in the world. It is also considered to be the largest Dolby cinema screen in Asia.
In addition to its scale, the theater features advanced audiovisual technology designed to enhance the movie watching experience. The auditorium is equipped with Dolby Vision 3D projection, known for delivering sharp images, deep contrast and vibrant colors. The theater also uses a Dolby Atmos sound system, which creates immersive audio by allowing sound to move around the auditorium from multiple directions.
Ahead of the public launch, the team conducted technical testing and preview screening earlier this year to ensure smooth operation. Allu Arjun and his family members attended the preview session where the projection system, sound setup and other features were tested.
According to the management, the goal behind Allu Cinemas is to provide audiences with a premium movie watching experience using large-format screens and high-end projection technology. Now with its official launch, the theater is expected to become one of the premier cinema venues in Hyderabad.
