She recalled that she used to become aloof during conversations from a young age. But, Alia claimed that she is most present when she is on the sets and when she is with her daughter Raha. talking to The LallantopShe said, “I used to zone out from a young age. I would zone out in class or during conversations… Recently, I took a psychological test and found out that I am high on the ADHD spectrum. I have ADHD – Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, they said, “We always knew” but I didn’t know why. I live.”

Alia further said, “I am most present in that moment. Whenever I am in front of the camera, I am present in the character I am playing. And I am most present in that moment. And now after Raha, when I am with her, I am most present. These are the two moments in my life where I am more peaceful.”

In September, the Jigra actor opened up about her disorder and said that she did not sit for hours for makeup during her wedding because of her disorder.

In an interview, she said, “On the day of my wedding, my makeup artist, Punit B Saini, said, ‘Alia, this time, you have to give me two hours.’ I told him, ‘You’ve lost it, especially on your wedding day, I’m not going to take two hours to relax. It has to be something you can do very quickly. I have ADD (attention deficit). Disorder) and I’m not interested in putting in too much time.
