Premalu fame Naslane and Thallumala director Khalid Rehman are all set to bring their much-awaited sports action film, Alappuzha Gymkhana. The makers of the film unveiled the first look with a motion poster, which shows the actor in a chiseled body, all dressed up in boxer shorts and gloves.
The film, helmed by the Premalu actor, will also feature Thallumala’s Lukman Awaran in the lead role along with actors like Ganapathy, Sandeep Pradeep, Anagha Ravi, Franco Francis, Baby Jean, Shiva Hariharan, Shaun Joy, Karthik, Nanda Nishant and others. Several others feature in lead roles.

The film, directed by director-actor Khalid Rehman, is the director’s next directorial venture after Tovino Thomas starrer Thallumala. The 2022 action film tells the story of Wazeem and his gang of friends who feud with each other.
Over time, the gang of friends find themselves in the middle of various feuds, which leads to them getting into a fight with another gang. The clash of egos between these groups takes us on a roller-coaster ride that also takes us through Wazeem’s romantic life.
Apart from the ARM actor, the film also stars Kalyani Priyadarshan, Shine Tom Chacko, Lukman Awaran, Swati Das Prabhu, Adhri Jo, Austin Dan, Binu Pappu, Gokulan, Chemban Vinod Jose and many others playing lead roles. The film received positive reviews from critics and was a massive hit in theatres.
Talking about Neslen’s work front, the actor was last seen playing the lead role opposite Mamita Baiju in Girish Eddy’s directorial venture Premalu. This rom-com film tells the story of Sachin, a young boy who wishes to move to the UK but has to stay in Hyderabad for a while, where he falls in love with Reenu, an IT employee.
The film, which was co-financed by Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan and Syam Pushkaran, is set to have a sequel. Additionally, Neslen is currently working on an untitled Malayalam film directed by Dominic Arun and produced by Dulquer Salmaan.
