Indian actor, producer and entrepreneur Alia Bhatt is returning to Cannes for the second consecutive year in her role as global ambassador for the brand. Talking about her return to the festival, Alia said, “It feels incredibly special to return to Cannes for the second time with L’Oréal Paris.
