After performing Annadanam in temples and distributing sweets in many cities across the country, he has decided to sponsor education for students in 44 government schools in his village.
Vijay-Rashmika provide scholarship for students
Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda’s marriage came as a light of hope for many people. During their wedding festivities in Udaipur, the couple hosted lunches and dinners for the media and paparazzi in the days leading up to their wedding. A few days after their union, Virosh announced that they would send trucks full of sweets across the country and would even arrange for food distribution in temples across the country.
In a new and welcome initiative, the couple has decided to sponsor the education of students in their village. According to a report in Free Press Journal, the Arjun Reddy actor promised scholarships for class 9 and 10 students in 44 government schools in Achampet division of Nagarkurnool district in Telangana through the Deverakonda Charitable Trust.
Vijay can be seen making this announcement in the viral video. Hearing about this good news, the children gathered in his village welcomed him loudly. His wife Rashmika and mother Madhavi Deverakonda were also present with him on the stage, who expressed happiness.

After their intimate wedding on February 26, 2026, the couple went to Vijay’s ancestral home in the village to perform the housewarming ceremony followed by Satyanarayana puja in Thummanpeta, Telangana. A few days ago, the couple was also seen attending the star-studded pre-wedding event of Allu Arjun’s brother, actor Allu Sirish and Nayanika Reddy.
Multiple reports suggest that after getting married in Rajasthan in the presence of their loved ones, the couple is expected to hold a grand star wedding reception in Hyderabad on March 4, 2026.
