Actress Shamita Shetty criticized IndiGo for removing bags, the airline responded

Shamita Shetty criticized Indigo Airlines on social media after her luggage was removed without any notice. Indigo replied claiming that they tried to contact him.

Actress Shamita Shetty recently had a sad experience with Indigo Airlines, which she shared on social media. Shamita revealed that her bags were removed from the plane without any information from the airline.

In a video on The Mohabbatein actor said, “I am stuck at Chandigarh airport. I traveled from Jaipur to Chandigarh by Indigo airline and my bags were removed without informing me.”

She added, “I am here for an event. Due to some weight issues, my hairdresser’s bag and my bag were taken off. Shouldn’t I be informed before something like this is done?”

Shamita shared that she was asked to wait for the next flight from Jaipur to Chandigarh to collect her luggage, which was scheduled to land in Chandigarh after her schedule was over. “The ground staff didn’t even know how to help us,” the actor said.

Sharing the video, Shamita wrote on Instagram, “Excuse my French but Indigo airline, you are a beautiful s*** airline to fly with! N ground staff is completely useless! 2 times before flying on this airline Think twice! @IndiGo6E #indigo total no no!

Reacting to the video, IndiGo claimed that the airline had contacted Shamita but her calls were not answered. “Ms. Shetty, we regret the inconvenience caused and would like to resolve the matter. We tried to contact you on the registered number, but the call went unanswered. Can you please provide us with an alternate contact number and a time convenient to us? You can DM to get in touch ~Team Indigo,” read his comment on the actor’s video.

Earlier, actresses Shruti Haasan and Divya Khosla had also shared their bad experiences with Indigo.
