Actor Vikas Sethi passed away on Sunday, September 8, after suffering a heart attack. His wife Janhvi Sethi has now spoken to the media about how he was feeling uneasy in his final hours before his death. She revealed that they were travelling from Mumbai to Nashik for a family function and on the way, Vikas felt dehydrated.

Jhanvi told the news agency PTI The actor was not ready to go to the hospital and hence, they called a doctor at home. She revealed that they were staying at his parents’ house in Nashik when Vikas died in his sleep. “When we reached his mother’s house in Nashik, he started vomiting and having diarrhoea. He did not want to go to the hospital so we asked the doctor to come home,” she said.

Jhanvi said that she called the doctor, who informed her about his death. She said, “When I went to wake him up at around 6 am (on Sunday), he was no more. The doctor there told me that he died of a heart attack in his sleep last night.”

The actor was best known for his appearances in several popular TV shows, including It must be somewhere, why does love happen And test of lifeamong others. According to the official statement issued by the family, his last rites will be performed in Mumbai today on 9 September after the post-mortem at Cooper Hospital.
