Actor Sivakarthikeyan on playing Jayam Ravi in SK25: He is a strong opponent
Tamil actor Sivakarthikeyan expressed his excitement on sharing the screen with Jayam Ravi in SK25. The period drama directed by Sudha Kongara will also star Sreeleela and Atharvaa.
Euphoric with the success of Malayalam film Amaran, actor Sivakarthikeyan has shared exciting updates about his milestone 25th project, SK25. Speaking about it, he revealed his excitement about working with National Award-winning filmmaker Sudha Kongara and actor Jayam Ravi, who plays a key antagonist in the upcoming period drama.
In a recent interview with Hollywood Reporter IndiaSivakarthikeyan shared, “Working with Jayam Ravi is the exciting part. I shouldn’t call him a villain, but he’s playing that antagonist. And when she said yes to it, I was very happy. This is a very strong character. We are going to fight each other. I’m very excited.”

The actor revealed that the film is a large-scale period drama that brings together a stellar cast including Sreeleela and Atharvaa, with music composed by GV Prakash Kumar and cinematography by Ravi K Chandran.
The actor praised Sudha Kongara’s precise and high-energy direction, saying, “Sudha Kongara is meticulous, she prepares everything, so we won’t have any questions. We’ll just go and ask, and she’ll say she’s fine. She is always on high energy. We are shooting at multiple locations and I am excited about this film.
Sivakarthikeyan fans also have SK23 to look forward to, an action thriller directed by AR Murugadoss. With Rukmini Vasanth in the lead role and music by Anirudh Ravichander, the project is expected to further elevate Sivakarthikeyan’s career path.
