Actor Naresh got into an altercation with IndiGo airline staff at Hyderabad’s Shamshabad airport, raising concerns over the treatment of passengers. The incident took place at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), where the monarch expressed his deep dissatisfaction over the airline’s handling of boarding procedures.

Emphasizing his frustration, Naresh said that “the airline staff were insensitive to the inconvenience caused to the passengers.” According to the actor, the condition of the boarding area shows a lack of respect for the customer experience.

Naresh also commented on the overall attitude of the airline, calling it careless. He said “such behavior is unacceptable” and called for better standards in handling passengers. The actor highlighted that the experience was not isolated but reflects ongoing issues with the airline’s approach.

On Tuesday, Naresh shared a post on Twitter criticizing the airline. “The bus torture chambers of IndiGo Airlines are a reminder of the airline monopoly. You loaded us like cattle in lorries (double the capacity) with senior citizens, some in wheel chairs struggling to stand (seen in the back ground). I shouted at the top of my voice to stop overloading it further. There should be a certain limit and special space for senior citizens in buses. Citizens are entitled to proceed legally. Talking to the legal team,” he wrote.

During the dispute, Naresh expressed his intention to take legal action. He revealed his plan to hold IndiGo responsible for the harassment of passengers at the airport.

The confrontation attracted the attention of other passengers at RGIA airport, some of whom reportedly witnessed the exchange between the actor and airline staff. Naresh’s allegations have sparked discussion about the quality of service at airports and the responsibilities of airline personnel.

IndiGo has not issued any public statement regarding the incident that took place at Shamshabad airport.
