South actor Bala became the center of headlines when he announced his marriage for the third time to his Chennai-based relative Kokila. He was married twice before, and was even embroiled in controversy after his ex-wife Amrita Suresh filed a harassment case against him. Amidst all the negativity coming her way, Bala finally reacted on the matter.
Speaking to the media, Bala addressed the trolling and criticism he has been receiving for his marriage with Kokila and assured that this will be his last marriage, and he hopes this new chapter of his life goes well.
Furthermore, Bala took a dig at the critical comments people are targeting him with and said that he and his wife Kokila cannot really understand the meaning of them as it is mostly written in Malayalam.
Bala said, “Many people have blessed us, but many trolls have also come forward. This is my last marriage. When I asked Kokila if she was sad about the trolls, she said, no. When I asked why, she said she didn’t know Malayalam. I have a piece of advice for trolls and negative commenters; If you add some English to the trolls we will understand. If all this is in Malayalam then we will not be able to understand. In any case, whatever happens, good luck to all.”
Earlier, Kokila had revealed to the media that she knew and loved the actor since childhood and had also written about it in her secret diary. Later, Bala also said that it was only after reading Kokila’s diary that she came to know about her love for her and it made her realize what true love means.
For those unaware, it was the early morning of October 23, 2024, when Bala and Kokila tied the knot at the Kaloor Pavakulam temple in Kerala. Their wedding was a small and intimate wedding, which took place in the presence of their family members and friends.
According to Bala, Kokila is his maternal uncle’s daughter and through their marriage he fulfilled one of his long-standing dreams. The actor revealed that though his mother was not with him during the ceremony due to her ill health, she was extremely excited and happy about their union.
