Actor Akhil Akineni’s long -detected detective thriller agents are eventually set to reach OTT. Soniliv has announced that the film will be available for streaming from March 14, nearly two years after its dramatic release in 2023.

Soniliv confirmed the release date in a social media post, captioned: “There is no other like a detective!

Despite making his debut in 2015, Akhil has not yet achieved great dramatic success. While he was praised for his performance in Hello and Mr. Manju, the role of a success remains elusive. When the agent was announced in 2021, its dress was higher due to artists, large budgets and Akhil’s harsh physical change, making it one of their most anticipated projects.

Directed by Surendra Reddy and written by Wakkantam Vamsi, the film follows an ambitious raw agent (Akhil), who works to take down an evil former agent (Dino Moriya), in which Mamut has played the role of a raw chief. Despite his high budget and star-stad cast, the agents failed to meet the box office expectations, suffering a significant setback in Akhil’s career.

After the failure of the film, Akhil addressed fans in an emotional note, admitting that the agent did not go out according to the plan. He thanked his team and supporters who vowed to return strongly.

The actor has not yet announced his next project, but in November 2024, he made headlines with his engagement with Zainab Rao. Finally with the agent on digital platforms, all are now eyeing Akhil’s next project.
