Actor Abhishek Bachchan has completed 25 years of his acting career, but he is still compared with his father and legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan. In a recent interview, the actor reacted to still being called Amitabh’s son and being constantly compared to him.

Abhishek said he has become “immune” to comparisons, be it with his father or his wife, actor and former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

talking to CNBC-TV 18The I Want to Talk actor said that dealing with these comparisons is “never going to be easy.”

“But after being asked the same questions for 25 years, I’ve become immune to it. If you’re comparing me to my father, you’re comparing me to the best. And if I’m being compared to the best So maybe I deserve to be considered along with these great names, that’s how I look at it,” said the 48-year-old actor.

He added, “My parents are my parents, my family is my family, my wife is my wife and I’m extremely proud of them, their accomplishments and everything they do.
