Aaradhya Disposal Industries Plans IPO; By FY27 Rs. 180 crore revenue is targeted

Aaradhya Disposal Industries Ltd, a maker of high-quality paper products, said on Wednesday that by fiscal 2027 it will generate Rs. 180 crore is preparing for a public listing very soon to support its expansion plans to achieve revenues of Rs. The Dewas-headquartered company in the year 2027 will generate Rs. 73.93 crore was registered. Revenue from operations in the financial year ended March and Rs. 3.72 crore profit by 2024.

To fund its strategic expansion plans and enhance operational capabilities, the company is planning to launch an initial public offering (IPO) soon, a release said.

It has appointed Khambatta Securities Limited as Book Running Lead Manager in the public offer.

The company manufactures high-quality paper products and offers a wide range of paper-based solutions.

“With plans to enhance our capabilities in existing manufacturing units and expand business beyond existing markets, we are looking to raise funds through an IPO very soon and cross the revenue mark of Rs 180 crore by FY2027,” said Sunil Maheshwari. Maheshwari said. Aradhya Disposal Industries

    Aradhya Disposal has exported its finished goods to 16 countries including UK, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar, Iraq, Oman, Lebanon and Ajman, etc., mainly in the Gulf region.

    It plans to continue diversifying and expanding its presence in these countries, the release said.

    The company operates two manufacturing plants with a total installed capacity of 12,000 metric tonnes per annum spread over 55,151 square feet at Dewas near Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

    The company’s products are used in retail packaging, food service applications and commercial printing.

    In the April-August period of the current financial year, the company made Rs. 3.34 crore with a profit from operations of Rs. 42.08 crores has been reported.
