Aamir Khan recently hosted a music evening at his Mumbai residence to celebrate his much awaited film ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’. The event turned into a star-stamped meeting filled with the film’s actors, crew and industry friends.
One of the young actors, Vedant Sharma shared a video from last night on Instagram. “BRB, still the sitaarexranbirxkiran processes the crossover of Rao,” he wrote in the caption.

Co-producer Kiran Rao and director RS Prasanna also attended the ceremony with ten debut actors of the film.
‘Sitare Zameen Paar’ is being seen as a spiritual sequel to Aamir Khan’s 2007 hit ‘Taare Zameen Paar’. Like the original, the film also promises to touch the hearts with its emotional and meaningful story. It will also launch 10 fresh faces – Arros Dutta, Gopi Krishna Verma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ahish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar – are ready to make their debut in Bolt.
The film has a strong creative team behind it, which has a story written by Amitabh Bhattacharya’s songs, the popular trio Shankar-Ehsan-Low, and a story written by Divya Nidhi Sharma. It has been built under the Aamir Khan Productions banner, with B. Srinivasa Rao and Ravi Bhagchandka are made as co-producers.
‘Sitare Zameen Paar’ is scheduled for release on 20 June.
