Actor Imran Khan, who was last seen in Katti Batti, is all set to make his comeback with a romantic comedy for Netflix. The upcoming project will be produced by his uncle and actor Aamir Khan.

According to a latest report FilmfareThis film, which marks Imran Khan’s comeback, will be backed by Aamir Khan’s production company Aamir Khan Productions. No further details have been given about the film yet.

Earlier, in an exclusive interview with India Today Digital, Imran Khan opened up about taking a break from acting and his plans to make a comeback. The actor took a break from the film industry in 2015, during which he faced personal struggles and mental health challenges.

When asked what he is working on, Emraan said, “I don’t have a clear answer to this. It’s not that I am not trying. I am in talks with writers, directors and producers. I am trying to find something that really inspires me.”

He further added, “I think there are two stories attached to me at the moment that I am developing with the directors, but they are nowhere close to a completed project yet. So, I don’t have a proper film that I have signed or a show that I have signed that I am committed to yet.”

Imran’s last film was Katti Batti, in which Kangana Ranaut was also with him.
