Superstar Aamir Khan recently opened up about his retirement plans during a conversation at the screening of Missing Ladies at the Supreme Court. Talking about the time when he thought he would bid adieu to cinema, Aamir said he felt he only had 15 years of work left during the pandemic.

The actor said, “I was telling Sir (Chief Justice of India) that during Covid, when I was 56, I thought this is the last leg of my career, I will work for 15 more years. I may actively work till 70 and who knows after that. Whatever I have learnt, I wanted to give back because the industry, society, the country has given me a lot. I thought maybe I can do one film a year, but as a producer I can back many stories that I feel strongly about.”
