Many users stated in the comment section that the film was a remake of the Hollywood film ‘Godfather’. One of the social media users said, “30 years later (SIC)”. Another commented, “Remike of ‘Godfather’ (SIC)”.

Here’s how social media users reacted:

Directed by Dilip Shankar, ‘Autank Hi Atak’ was a Hindi Action Crime Drama inspired by ‘The Godfather’. He also starred Juhi Chawla alongside Khan and Rajinikanth. Despite its star-stad cast, the film did not manage to captivate the audience at the time of its release. It was also dubbed in Tamil after five years in 2000.

In the film, Rajinikanth portrayed Munna, a close aide of a gangster, while Aamir Khan played the role of the gangster’s son, Rohan Singh Thakur. The conspiracy revolves around crime, vengeance and family relations.

Now, everyone’s eyes are on ‘Cool’, which will feature both actors after 30 years. Directed by Lokesh Kangraj, ‘Coolie’ will also include Shruti Haasan, Nagarjuna Akini, Saubin Shahir and Upendra Rao.

The film will collide with ‘War 2’ on its release on tomorrow (August 14). ‘War 2’, directed by Ayan Mukherjee, Stark Roshan, Junior NTR and Kiara Advani. Part of YRF’s blockbuster spy universe, the film will once again see Hrithik as Major Kabir Dhaliwal. The high-octane action sequence between Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR is the main attraction of the film.

While ‘War 2’ is the beginning of Junior NTR, Aamir’s cameo in ‘Cooli’ has also campaigned in front of the film’s release.
