Aamir Khan has revealed that he has lost 18 kilograms through an anti-inflammatory diet. Speaking before his appearance in Happy Patel: Dangerous DetectiveThe actor shared that the change in his diet was motivated by health concerns rather than aesthetics.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Aamir laughed and said, “Eighteen kilos, actually.” He further added, “It happened by default. The new diet I am adopting for health reasons is working like magic for me.”
According to him, there was a significant reduction in the severity and frequency of his migraines along with significant weight loss.
The actor said, “I went on a diet for migraines. It’s an anti-inflammatory diet. Not only did I lose eighteen kilograms, but my migraines have also reduced significantly.”
Happy Patel: Dangerous Detective This is a remarkable comeback for Imran Khan. Addressing speculations about his comeback, Aamir clarified, “It’s not a proper comeback for Emraan.
