Aamir Khan hosted Jwala Gutta for 10 months during his IVF visit: Vishnu Vishal
Aamir Khan helped actor Vishnu Vishal and badminton player Jwala Gutta, who was directing him to a doctor who specializes in IVF. In an interview recently, Vishnu also revealed that Jwala stayed in Aamir’s Mumbai house during his pregnancy.

Aamir Khan named actor Vishnu Vishal and badminton player Jwala Gutta’s daughter Meera at an emotional naming ceremony in Hyderabad. In a recent interview, actor Vishnu Vishal revealed that he and his wife, Jwala, IVF (in in vitro fertilization) passed through several attempts and were on the verge of giving up. It was Aamir Khan who directed him a doctor in Mumbai, who helped him in pregnancy.
Talk to Deccan ChronicleVishnu said, “Jwala and I passed through a long process of IVF and some attempts were futile, and we had almost given up hope. I met Aamir sir during the flood in Chennai (in 2003) and he immediately reached to help. He was a nutrition and affectionate bond. He asked us to come to Mumbai and told us in the right direction.”
For her treatment, Jwala Gutta had to live in Mumbai, and she ended with her mother and sisters staying at Aamir Khan’s house for 10 months.
He said, “He hosted us at his home in Mumbai and Jwala stayed there for about 10 months, and he took care of us. Aamir sir’s mother and sisters took so well to Jwala,” he said.
He recalled the moment when he asked Aamir to take his daughter’s name. “When we were finally born our child, I had heartbreaking heart with Aamir sir, during which I requested him to take my child’s name. And he was very compulsory to fly to Hyderabad and give our girl Meera’s name. Any world Aamir sir. Jwala, Meera and I will be a grateful forever.”
On 6 July, Vishnu Vishal shared a family picture with Aamir Khan and introduced his daughter. “Introduction to our Meera … to name our child to Hyderabad to come all the way #Aamirkhan a big hug for sir. Meera represents unconditional love and peace. The journey with Aamir sir at this point has been a magical …@Gutajwala (SIC),” He wrote on X.

During the 2023 floods, Aamir Khan was trapped in Chennai with his mother. He transferred to Chennai for a few months to treat his mother. Vishnu Vishal and Aamir lived in the same area in the old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) and were rescued through a boat during the flood.
It was then Aamir Khan and Vishnu became a huge friend.
