Actor Aamir Khan has officially confirmed that he and his partner Gauri Spratt are going to get married on July 5.
in conversation with Variety IndiaThe actor put an end to the speculations about his relationship, saying, “I am currently traveling in the US. The news of the wedding is true. It is on July 5.”
The confirmation comes months after Aamir suggested that marriage was not an immediate priority for the couple, saying they were content living together in their new home. However, the actor now says that their relationship has evolved naturally.

Aamir shared, “Yes, it’s true. But now we both feel that we are ready to take our relationship to the next level.”
Opening up about this phase of his life, the actor said that he feels deep peace and commitment towards Gauri. The superstar said that he is already married to Gauri from the bottom of his heart and this marriage is just a “natural progression of their partnership”.
He said, “I am at peace. Gauri and I are serious about each other and we are very committed. We are partners, we are together. In my heart, I am already married to her.”

The wedding is expected to be a private ceremony at Khan’s residence, with no plans for a large-scale ceremony at the moment. Although the guest list has not been officially confirmed, buzz in the industry is that the actor’s friends and fellow superstars, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan could be among the attendees depending on their availability.
Gauri Spratt, who hails from Bengaluru and is involved in the wellness and beauty industry, was introduced to the media by Khan during her 60th birthday celebrations in March 2025. He has a seven-year-old son, Quinn, from his previous marriage. She is also the granddaughter of Philip Spratt, a British-born communist who came to India in the 1920s and later joined India’s independence movement.
Since going public with their relationship, the pair have been spotted together on several occasions, including premieres Stars on the ground.
Aamir’s first marriage was to Reena Dutta, with whom he has two children, Junaid and Ira. She later married film producer Kiran Rao and the former couple has a son, Azad.
