Confirms official title as AA23xA6 Raaka
In the first look revealed, Allu Arjun has become a savage. With a ferocious hand covering half of his face, terrifying claws come to the center of his presence. Dark eyes, full of emotion, look straight into the camera. With only half of his face exposed, it remains to be seen what secrets are hidden beneath it. Although not much can be seen about the character, it is clear that a wild portrayal awaits Allu Arjun fans. Not only his hands, but also what appears to be the presence of hair on his upper torso, pointing towards an animal-inspired character for the role.
Apart from Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone, the reported casting lineup includes Janhvi Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna and Ramya Krishnan.
Another recent casting seems to be for actor Tiger Shroff, which has been neither confirmed nor denied at this point. The film also marks the first collaboration between the lead actor and director Atlee, which fans are extremely excited about.
The shooting of the film is going on in complete secrecy, maintaining a mysterious air as the director, crew and cast are maintaining silence on the potential story as well as its current progress. Although an official release date has not been announced yet, Raka is expected to hit screens sometime in 2027.
