Samsung released the first open beta of a UI 8 for the Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra in late May. It was available to users in the US, UK, Germany and South Korea. The second beta arrived today and includes two new markets.

A UI 8 Beta 2 report is coming out of South Korea, Germany and UK. It should also be available in America. If you are in one of these markets and you have a beta 1 installed, check for updates.

Tarun Vats, who is keeping a close watch on a Samsung’s UI development, reports that the Samsung keyboard has a new Galaxy AI-Interested feature-text to image. Here is a demo:

Standing a UI 8/Android 16 release will debut with upcoming Galaxy Z foldables, Samsung has confirmed. Given beta tests, the Galaxy S25 series (including S25 Edge) should be obtained shortly after that as an over-the-air update.
