Allu supports Arvind Pawan Kalyan, distance from exhibitors strike
Pushpa star Allu Arjun’s father and producer Allu Arvind addressed speculation about his participation in the ongoing strike in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

In short
- Allu Arvind denied theaters leaving AAA in Telangana
- He dismissed participation in the alleged ‘Aa Naluguru’ group
- The manufacturer called the theater shutdown plan ‘Wild Missedventure’
Veteran producer Allu Arvind addressed the growing controversy over the theater operations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. At a press meeting held on Sunday, Arvind removed himself from the group accused of monopoly on dramatic commercial decisions and clarified his company’s current stake in the cinema exhibition. He also gave his support to the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan, whose film ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ is scheduled to release on 12 June.
Responding to the allegations that he is part of the so-called “Aa Naluguru”-an informal word used for a group of four-industries, Bigwigs allegedly impressed theater policies-Arvind said, “I am not a part of those four. Our company except AAA, also on our lease, only 15 theaters.
The founder of the Geeta Arts expressed his disagreement with the theater shutdown from 1 June, which is believed to be a change for revenue-sharing models from alleged rental agreements. The move has expressed displeasure with the fans of actor-royal Pawan Kalyan, as it may affect the release of his long-delayed film ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’.
Arvind was firm in his opposition, he said, “I don’t agree to close theaters; that’s why I did not attend the meeting. How can you shut down theaters just before the release of Pawan Kalyan’s film? He also dismissed the rumors of digital platform participation, clarifying, “I have no share in Cube India, and Suresh Babu is also not the owner of UFO.”
Arvind recently criticized the exhibition meeting, given that several major issues related to the film industry were abandoned. The controversy has increased since the shutdown threat of the exhibitions, which has issued an official press note condemning the move.
