The latest released sports-drama film was about a couple who had a shared interest in cricket. The film’s intentions were in the right place, however, it did not leave the impact we expected. Rather, it was the soulful tracks from Sachin-Jigar’s music album, like Tu Hai To and Agar Ho Tum, that we couldn’t stop singing after the credits rolled.

Did the film’s iconic music ring in your mind after hearing the title of the film? This romantic-drama film with a romantic storyline also had comedy elements. After Aashiqui 2, expectations from OK Jaanu were sky high following its lead cast. Absolutely right, Shraddha and Aditya’s chemistry is worth watching. However, instead of watching the entire film, watching him spread his magic to the timeless tunes composed by AR Rahman such as the iconic Humma song, Enna Sona and OK Jaanu was our way of dealing with the story of the film.
6. Jab Harry Met Sejal (2017)

- IMDB Rating: 5.1/10
- Mould: Shahrukh Khan, Anushka Sharma
- Style: Romance, Drama
Had it not been for the trio of Imtiaz Ali, Shahrukh Khan and Anushka Sharma; It is uncertain whether the romantic-drama would have remained fresh in our memories. The story was set on location and filmed around the world. Still, perhaps we missed the catch as it had so many memories of Love Aaj Kal attached to it.
Pritam’s beautiful and heart-touching music along with the lovely chemistry in romantic tracks like Hawaayen keeps us glued to the screen.

An adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic novel, Great Expectations, the film tells the story of a young artist, Noor, who falls in love with a rich and beautiful socialite, Firdaus. This relationship is linked to Firdaus’ troubled past involving his guardian.
