Many acclaimed restaurants in Mumbai have recently released new menu. For the inventor global happiness of modern to regional Indian cuisine, these fresh prasad promises to raise the city’s culinary scenario. Ekaa has unveiled its tasting menu 6.0, titled “Jagriti.” Chef Niyati Rao’s 20-gourd experience is an ODE for Pak Metamorphosis, designed to ignite the senses through accurate techniques and bold taste combinations. This menu celebrates the inherent beauty of ingredients, shows unique elements such as Indian maritime asparagus, marine algae with narba, home-made tofu, grape caramel and more. Guests can choose from curated wine pairing, which are presented in hand -prepared ceramic cars with 375 mL pores. The first pair is the six-corresponding selection of the Indian wine, including a scuffle offered from the respected winery in Nashic, Akluj and Bangalore. Another pair is a sophisticated selection of imported wine.

When we visited, we opted for a vegetarian tasting menu and were surprised by the vibrancy of flavors, textures and colors, which we got to attach to our plates. The menu card consists only for each course, which gives the experience a delicious air of mystery. While 20 courses may take too much, a smart sequencing of the size and dishes of the thoughtful part ensures that the food is not heavy. Unlike Ekaa’s previous tasting menu, it is not a central theme or story, which first concerns us. But after talking with the chef Nirati, we saw how its absence is unexpectedly free and allows the team to focus on the material and their possibilities. This is a food experience that you should not remember.

2. Koishi, The St. Razis Mumbai, Lower Parel

Koishi, St. Razis in Mumbai, is one of the trailblasing Nikkei restaurants of the city. It recently unveiled a new menu under the direction of Chef Lan Thorn and Jesus Cabellow. With a combined experience of over 30 years, he has expanded the offerings of Koishi, combining traditional NickKE with broad Latin American influences and sophisticated Japanese techniques. While maintaining dear classics, the revised menu pays tribute to the Nikkei roots of Peru of Chefs. We had a chance to visit Koishii and finished spending a memorable evening to taste many of our new additions. We loved tuna and salmon crispy rice and loved the balanced musculatory of Ahiru Goja. We were initially careful with the sound of Truffle Adame Maki – after all, this taste combo has become very omnipresent. But after Koishi was taken on this, we won the first crisp and flavored by Morsel. We were also worn by the signature Nigiri Plater, with a dramatic selection of exquisite cuisine.

Ceviche and Tiradito options are not to be remembered here, of course. We especially recommend Ceviche Nikkei, which was a beautifully fresh combination of Akami and avocado with Yuzu. Between the main, you have to try Shromi Amazonico – it was one of the best preparations for Chile’s Sibas that we have done in recent times. Other new fidgeting cuisine of the menu includes the main courses such as Robetta-grilled Specialities, Tempura and Arroz Con Polo, Peruvian Choufa and Garden Catsu Curry. Finish the meal on a sweet and spicy note with Rokoto chocolate fondant – this collapse dessert has a funny signs of heat obtained from peru chili furious.

4. Journal, Santa Cruz

Located in Santa Cruz, the Journal recently celebrated its first anniversary with the launch of a renovated menu by Chef Ayush Khandelwal. We had a chance to leave some dishes and taste. We recommend highly juicy Terryki chicken scales, nutritious roasted black pepper and satisfactory chicken sandwich with carrot hummus and hot hallumi. Eggs, salads and other cafe-style are good options for classics. The new menu also includes nutritious toast, bhogi burger, pannas made of wood and pizza with fresh buffelo mozerela. The Journal’s coffee program continues to emphasize quality and innovation, which features beans from Chikmagalur and Ratnagiri. New options include Rosemary and Raspberry and sunrise decoction with pineapple juice and jaggery. Between non-coffee drinks, we especially loved two mocktails: Malta Mint and Floral Cocoa. With its new menu, the journal focuses on comfort, community and relaxed food. Whether you want a cool place to work for a catch-up with friends or a comfortable nook, this cafe offers a invited setting.

5. Silk Road Coffee Company, Versova

Versova’s silk road coffee company Mornings is offering a delicious upgrade with the launch of its entire day breakfast menu. Various dishes are added to the current menu, designed to pair well with their experts sour, small-estate single-root coffee. Highlights include Halomeom toast, Mushroom and Spinach Toast, Burate Sakashuka, Three-Paneer Mac and Paneer, Avocado and Aruguula Salad and Salman Caesar salad. Also, breakfast is pizza to not be remembered, coriander is at the top with pasteo or pork chorizo. Between the drinks, keep an eye on your newly introduced MSP Naturals coffee, which was continuously grown in Swaroy Hills and precious to its unique tastes.

6. Numa, Colaba

To celebrate its 100 weeks of operation, Neuma has launched a fresh food and drink menu in Colaba. The kitchen led by Chef Suvir Saran presents an outstanding lineup of new dishes. Highlights include Tuscan Strawberry Gnudi, Truled Capaleini, Pella Classica, Brazed Lamb Shank, Burn Basque Cheesecake and others. At the bar, Feruzan Bilimoria’s cocktails echo the same sophisticated spirit. The new drinks include Kashmiri Vintors and Dadi Spices. With its spontaneous mix of heritage attraction and modern creativity, Numa continues to develop.

7. Milgro, Prabhadevi

Milgro has introduced a new cocktail menu, which has been cured by thinking by bar manager and mixologist Felip Silva. Hichki has unveiled an interesting new cocktail and food menu, bringing a new wave of Bollywood-inspired fun to Mumbai, Bangalore and Nagpur. Expect bold, innovative drinks like “Mexico 2 China” and “Desi Girl”, as well as classics and Instagram-worthy surprises.
