Filmmaker Tarun Mansukhani has shared his views about the change of eight -hour work for women actors, especially new mothers in the film industry.

Specifically speaking with Today India Regarding the demand, Mansukhani said that he is open to it, but the plan is important. “Never mind. Eight hours? I will need several extra days and then we will move forward. This is,” he said. “I am saying everything, ‘Tell me in advance.”

He said that the film shoot includes many moving parts, actors combinations, location programs and tight budget. A final-minute change can affect the entire plan. “You cannot come to me at 11 am and say, ‘Oh, I need to leave at 5.’ I have scenes to finish with other actors, a place that may not be available again, and a budget to see, ”he said.

While he fully supports actors wishing to spend time with his families, especially new mothers, he warned against the final-minute changes or demands just because others are doing so. “Life is. We are all here to support each other,” said Mansukhani. He said, “But don’t just make a demand because someone else is doing so,” he said.

Sharing his attitude on the work-life balance, he said: “I want to go home and spend time with my dog. So I get a vibe and feel completely. But just put it in the contract from the beginning, then everyone prepared it.”

Tarun Mansukhani is currently busy promoting his upcoming film Housefull 5, which is set to release on 6 June. The film in the film in Akshay Kumar, Ritish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Ferdin Khan, Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Goddes, Goddes among others.
