2. “Happy Birthday Himanshu. Send cutlery”
In February, an Instagram reel went viral featuring a woman who ordered a cake for her brother through Zomato. She requested to write “Happy Birthday Himanshu” on the cake and unchecked the “Do not send cutlery” box. When the cake arrived, it had two chocolate toppers – one with the words “Happy Birthday Himanshu,” and the other with the words “Send Cutlery.” In the caption, he joked, “Thank you @zomato for the perfect order! 3. Delivery agent prepares for UPSC exam while on duty

In another heartwarming moment from August, a customer noticed that it was his delivery partner’s birthday, as mentioned on the Zomato tracking screen. When the agent arrived, the customer and his family sang “Happy Birthday” and gave him a small gift. The caption reads, “Spread happiness in whatever way you can. 7. Man receives ‘surprising’ pressure cooker delivery after two years

In November, a “Peak Bengaluru” moment went viral when a man stuck in traffic for two hours ordered dinner from his car. His food arrived within 10 minutes, which surprised him. He posted photos of traffic, delivery handoffs and food on his car seat and captioned it, “The food is gone, but it’s not the traffic.”
