Seven Indian restaurants are depicted in the expanded list of Asia’s best restaurants, unveiled by acclaimed ’50 Best ‘, a major organization known to identify hotels, bars and restaurants through its annual lists.

While the top 50 restaurants will be announced at an award ceremony in Seoul on March 25, the company has revealed the results of the 51st to 100th rankings. The list has seven famous restaurants from Mumbai, Delhi, Kasauli and Bangalore.

Surprisingly, which Indian restaurant has made it in the list? To keep an eye:

• Bombay Canteen, Mumbai (91st rank)
• Dum Pukh, New Delhi (89th rank)
• The Table, Mumbai (88th rank)
• Injury, New Delhi (87th rank)
• Americano, Mumbai (71st rank)
• Formalore, Bangalore (68th rank)
• Nar, Kasuli (66th rank)

This is the first time Nar, Formalore and INSA have depicted in the list, which also has a new open restaurant.

Nar in Kasuli, operated by Chef Pretake Sadhu, is an experimental 20-seat experience in the foothills of the Himalayas. The restaurant champion pays tribute to local food and Himalayan food culture.

On the other hand, Inya is a popular premium Delhi restaurant known for its Indian-Japanese cuisine. The farm of Bengaluru is famous for its farm-driven dishes, which is experienced within a real functional farm.

Bombay canteens, Americano, dum pukh and tables have also appeared in the list earlier as well.

Bombay canteen celebrates diverse Indian cuisine with a modern touch at Kamla Mills in Mumbai, while Americano is a modern European bistro that focuses on seasonal materials and creative cuisine.

The table is one of the first restaurants in India to concept and perform the concept of ‘Farm to Table’ philosophy and has a global motivated menu affected by San Francisco Style of Cooking. Taglierini Pasta, Tori Spaghetti, and Asparagus Risotto are among its top recipes.

Delhi’s famous dum Pukht specializes in traditional Indian cuisine, with special attention to slow -ripe cuisine such as biryani and kebabs.
