Actor Robert Downey Jr. recently played the role of his prestigious character Tony Stark, aka Iron Man in an ‘Avengers’ film series at an event. The 59 -year -old mentioned how he is “grateful” for the things that stand for technical character.

As reported by screen rant, Downey Junior was present in a US SXSW panel, where he spoke about playing the role of Iron Man. He credited the popular character of the Marvel series to teach “the power of technology”. The actor said, “(for) 17 years I am associated with this prestigious superhero … This is the message he represents for which I am grateful for.”

He said, “Tony Stark opened my eyes, widely impress the world for power technology, and this is something that I will take to the rest of my life.”

While Tony Starc’s original Arch ended with the 2019 film ‘Avengers: Endege’, Robert Downey Junior is set to enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a new villain character called Doctor Doom in ‘Avengers: Doomsde’. The film is being directed by Joe and Anthony Russo.

While this is a different character so far, many fan theories suggest the return of Iron Man in the universe. In fact, one of the most popular principles has estimated fans that doctor Doom can be a better version of the Iron Man only from the second dimension. None of these principles have been confirmed or even discussed by the manufacturers, but the idea of ​​bringing back Downey Junior back to the MCU is enough to keep the audience excited.

‘Avengers: Doomsde’ is scheduled for release on 1 May 2026. The film will also feature Tom Holland, Chris Evans, Haley Steinfeld, Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby and Chris Hemsworth.
