Plot
3bhk presents the story of Vasudevan, an average that lives with his wife Shanthi and two children – Prabhu and Arithi. In his life, Vasudevan has only a big dream, and it owns a house instead of spending its day in a rented place.
Over the years, as Vasudevan Inch is close to meeting its goal, various aspects are found on the way, it is health issues, rising inflation, or something else. Does Vasudevan fulfill his dream with the help of his son, the Lord becomes the central focus of the story.

3BHK manages to stand as a strong stand as an venture contained in reality from the beginning. The film basically an average family in Tamil Nadu may have to face big things in life, align with it.
The dynamics shared by the characters, especially family members, are considered stronger due to magnificent actors. All four, namely Sarathkumar, Siddharth, Devayani and Mita Raghunath, embed themselves to fit the world with fine depiction.
The compelling story provides the film. Partly works due to being glued with reality rather than allowing to follow cinematic trops. Although it may not be notable as Balu Mahendran’s verses, 3bhk feels like a mirror in reality for many, especially from the level of the lower-middle class of society.
Another fresh perspective that gives the story is taking the family through decades journey to fulfill his dream. While the film is not without its flaws, it feels like a real effort to try to feel something deep and feel.
Coming to the technical aspects of 3BHK, Amrit Ramnath magically weaves music tracks and background scores that are reliable and impressive for the film.
Moving beyond the legacy of the music of Varshangalku Shasham, composer manages to be subtle with his skills in a highly saturated world of music, which is usually to stimulate the audience repeatedly.
Dinesh B. The cinematography by Krishnan and Jethine Stanisloss is perfect for the world, which should be appreciated.

3bhk seems to collectively describe a house, which is in the form of a person of every middle class. Although this may be true for some homes, normalizing a person’s dream for every person in a family seems like conditioning instead of something real.
Being vested in reality, the author should realize that every person in this world also has other dreams, even if they have met a middle class background.
While all the actors were commendable and responsible for the success of the film, Siddharth looked far -fetched while showing Siddharth as a school student.
Finally, while the performance of the play Flicks required some refinement, editing could easily reduce the duration of the film and tease it to enjoy the audience.

3BHK has highlighted his strong skills as an actor. While his recent work in Indian 2, miss you, and the tests missed the mark to a large extent, 3BHK manages to capitalize on him.
In addition, Sarathkumar and Devyani share a beautiful chemistry in the form of husband -wife, who also maintain equal mobility with Siddharth and Mita. Additionally, Chaitra J Pickle performs a clean function.

The story of 3BHK pulls several times, but as a whole, the film manages to emotionally connected with various people. With some spectacular performances, the upcoming age drama is a right time watch.
