Madharasi is a psychological action thriller starring Shivkartikeyan in the lead role. The film follows Raghu’s life, a rare psychological disorder, a person suffering from fregoli confusion, where the person believes that different people are only one person in disguise.
While working as a car sales executive, Raghu falls in love with a dental student Malthi. However, when she breaks with her, she gets distraught and consider ending her life.
Around the same time, Raghu crosses the path with NIA agent Premnath, who appears to be one against a gang involved in gun smuggling for a suicide mission. Does Raghu succeed in the mission and how he reunires with Malithi, is detected in the film.
