Dhurandhar hit Rs. Yesterday, on the twenty-fourth day of its release, it crossed the Rs 1000 crore mark worldwide. With Rs. Rs 789 crore in India. With overseas earnings of Rs 220 crore, the worldwide box office collection of the Ranveer Singh starrer has increased to Rs. 1009 crores. It becomes the fourth Bollywood and eighth Indian film to enter this prestigious club.
The first film to reach Rs. In May 2017, Baahubali: The Conclusion crossed the Rs 1000 crore mark. It was soon followed by Dangal, which reached there a week later in the same month. Dangal was actually released before Baahubali in 2016, but it grossed Rs. 1000 crore mark after its release in China in May. After that, it took almost five years for the next entrant, which was once again presented by SS Rajamouli with RRR. Pathan became the second Bollywood film to enter this club the following year and was then repeated by Shah Rukh Khan with Jawan the same year.
Looking ahead, Dhurandhar 2, scheduled to release in March 2026, is very likely to join this club, albeit at a much faster pace. Then there’s Ramayan on Diwali, which may set some new benchmarks for Indian cinema.

However, when 3D charges are included, the film crosses the four-figure mark, which would technically make Dhurandhar the ninth Indian film in the club. That said, since the industry reporting norms prevalent in India do not include 3D charges, Kalki 2898 AD is not counted in the official records as of now.
