Yash’s wife Radhika Pandit recently shared a glimpse of Varamahalakshmi festival with the family. The couple celebrated the occasion at their home with their children Ayra and Yatharv. They decorated their living space with flowers and an idol of Goddess Lakshmi.
Radhika has shared several pictures with Yash and the kids on her Instagram handle. In the pictures, the former actress is wearing a traditional silk saree in a light, muted shade with golden patterns on it. She has paired her outfit with beautiful jewellery including a necklace and earrings.
On the other hand, Yash is wearing a traditional white dhoti and shirt which matches Radhika’s saree. His kids are also in traditional attire. His daughter is wearing a pink silk frock with puffed sleeves, while his son is wearing a light coloured dhoti and kurta.
In the pictures, the couple can be seen performing puja with their children. “A day filled with devotion, gratitude and family. May the blessings of the Goddess fill your life with happiness and prosperity. Happy Varamahalakshmi to all of you,” Radhika captioned the post.

Varamahalakshmi Puja, also known as Varalakshmi Vratham, is an important Hindu ritual dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity. Observed mainly by married women in South India, the festival is celebrated on the Friday before the full moon in the Hindu month of Shravan, which usually falls in July or August.
This puja is performed to seek the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi for the well-being of the family, especially the health and longevity of the husbands. Women believe that worshipping Varalakshmi on this day is equivalent to honoring the eight forms of Goddess Lakshmi.
Meanwhile, on the work front, the shooting of Yash’s upcoming film Toxic with Geetu Mohandas has begun. The actor will also be seen in the third installment of the KGF franchise. He might also play Raavan in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayan.
