Introduction
Xiaomi Pad 7 is the company’s latest premium Android Tablet, which replaces 2023 Xiaomi Pad 6. The updated model also has a new design, new display, fast chipset and the latest version of Xiaomi’s Hyperos 2.
Xiaomi Pad 7 was initially declared in October last year, but is making its way only from China and in markets like India, which comes from where our unit comes from. Xiaomi also sells a Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro in China, but it is not yet available in India, and will never be likely.

As mentioned earlier, Xiaomi Pad 7 is essentially an upgrade on its predecessor. You get a new 11.2-inch 144hz display with a modified 3: 2 aspect ratio, a sharp Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ with General 3 chipset, and a slightly larger 8850mAh battery with 45W charging. It is all attached to an all-aluminum shell.
Out of the box
Xiaomi Pad 7 comes in quite standard packaging, including a tablet, a 45W fast charger and a cable.
Xiaomi also makes a folding cover for a keyboard, stylus and pad 7, but these are alternative goods that need to be purchased separately.
