Digital content creator Nitya Hegde (@finefettlecookerys) shared an easy recipe of mango jam on her Instagram handle. Here’s how to make it:
- Use four different varieties of mango for a stronger flavor.
- Wash and peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces. Then put them in a blender.
- Add two tablespoons of sugar or jaggery to the mango and make a smooth paste.
- Add the mango puree to the pan. Squeeze half a lemon into it. Mix well.
- Cook the mixture on low flame for 15-20 minutes until you get the desired consistency. If needed, cook for two to three minutes more, but keep the flame low.
- Once cool, transfer the jam to an airtight container.
