Why is Nazriya Fahadh’s Microscope not available on OTT yet?
Despite the huge buzz surrounding its OTT premiere, Nazriya Fahadh Ki Mikashdarshini is not available on any streaming platform yet.
For many days, various types of news have been coming regarding the OTT release of Malayalam actor Nazriya Fahadh’s Microscope. Although there are many reports doing the rounds that the film will soon be available on a major streaming site, but there has been no confirmation about the same by the makers.
In an earlier interaction with the media, producer Listin Stephen had given some information regarding the delay.
“Many films, including star ones, adopt the pay-per-view option. Earlier, there was a particular limit or amount for which films would do business (in the OTT sector). Now no producer can say how much the film will earn. That’s the current situation,” Listin shared.
Earlier, Aavesham star Fahadh Faasil had also spoken about this and mentioned how many Malayalam films lack solid support from various OTT platforms.
Microscope is a 2024 Indian Malayalam-language film that combines black comedy, mystery and thriller elements. Directed by MC Jithin, it is produced by Happy Hours Entertainments and AVA Productions. It stars Nazriya Nazim and Basil Joseph in lead roles. This film was released in theaters on 22 November.
