The Tamil magazine has revealed that Kenisha and Jayam were fined for overspeeding in Goa in early June this year, as the two had hitched a ride in the actor’s car. However, matters worsened when the actor’s wife Aarti received an alert on her phone regarding the matter, leading to an argument between the couple.

In an interesting development, Aarti Ravi put up a post on her social media account on September 11, 2024, in which she informed everyone that she had absolutely no idea that her husband Jayam Ravi had publicly announced the divorce without her consent. The star wife revealed that the actor’s decision was unilateral, leaving her and their kids completely in the dark.
“I am deeply shocked and saddened by the recent public announcement about our marriage, which was made without my knowledge or consent. After 18 years of shared history, I believe such an important matter should be handled with the decorum, respect, and confidentiality it deserves,” he wrote.
