This may look unconventional, but the sleeping naked has quietly received scientific support-the hormone balance and even reproductive health. This is not just a lifestyle choice-it is a simple, cost-free habit with real health benefits.

Better sleep quality (yes, really)

Our main body temperature falls naturally at night to start and maintain sleep. Overheating can disrupt this process. Brain: According to a study published in A Journal of Neurology (2008), a low core body temperature is dark, more restrictive slow-wave sleep.
