Actor Dulquer Salmaan, while promoting his upcoming film, Lucky Baskar, appeared on Nandamuri Balakrishna’s talk show Unstoppable with NBK along with director Venky Atluri. Dulquer’s father and renowned actor Mammootty made a rare appearance on a video call. In the recently released promo of the talk show, Balakrishna aka Balayya can be seen interacting with Mammootty and greeting him in Malayalam.

The promo shows Balayya asking Dulquer Salmaan how many cars he owns. He was surprised when Dulkar told that he had about 300 cars. Then, we can see Balayya greeting Mammootty on the video call. “Hello, Mammuka, easy to understand (Are you okay?),” he said.

Mammootty replied, “Sugamathanne..Sugamathanne (I’m fine, I’m fine).” Then, we can see Dulquer and Venky Atluri playing a fun game with Balayya where he can be seen pulling her leg.

Written and directed by Venky Atluri, Lucky Baskar is a period crime thriller starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role. Meenakshi Choudhary, Ayesha Khan, Happer Aadi and P Sai Kumar will be seen in supporting roles. The film is set in the 80s and is based on the life of a banker.

Lucky Baskar will premiere in select theaters worldwide on October 30. The film will have a wide release on October 31, coinciding with Diwali.
