Copper bottles have become increasingly popular over the past few years, especially as people have become aware of the health benefits of drinking water from them. Don’t forget that it’s also eco-friendly as you don’t need to rely on disposable plastic bottles. Copper bottles are available in countless designs in the market. But have you ever wondered how these flasks get their shape and color from beaten copper sheets? Now, a video has surfaced showing the entire process of how these bottles are designed and manufactured.

The short clip begins with workers making copper bowls using heat and cold water. After this, machines are used to shape these bowls into glasses. In the next step, the copper pieces are further heated and compressed to form a mouth and lid at the top.

After this, they are taken out and finalized. The bottles are ready for use after being polished inside and out and sent to the market. The video shared on Instagram also has a note that reads, “The process of building India’s largest copper water bottle mega factory. Where: Ghaziabad, UP.”

The narrator explains that the factory sources its fresh fruits from the fields and uses heavy machinery to pulp them. Then, the pulp and sugar are mixed using a machine and blended for a few minutes. The juice is then bottled into plastic bottles and capped before being given a company label. After quality check of packaging, the bottles are arranged in a rack and wrapped in plastic to be sold.
