Bhagyashree always keeps us hooked with her easy yet delicious recipes. On Tuesday, the actress shared another recipe video on Instagram. In the video, Bhagyashree shows how to make crackers that can be eaten with tea or coffee. She can be heard saying, “This is a simple snack that you can have with your tea or coffee. It has pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds. All these seeds give you potassium, magnesium, iron and lots of fibre. These things keep your heart healthy and absolutely fit as they are rich in omega-3.”

Check out the step-by-step recipe below:
- Soak the flax seeds in water for 15 minutes. They will become liquid after adding water.
- Now put the liquid form of flax seeds in a mixer grinder. Add mixed herbs, some garlic, chilli pieces, some olive oil and salt to it.
- Apply some oil on the baking paper and spread the mixture in a thin layer.
- Add pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, seasoning and salt and lightly apply some olive oil. Place it in the oven. When it is cooked well, take it out and enjoy it.

In her caption, Bhagyashree wrote, “Seeds are packed with omega 3 and almost all the essential micro and macro nutrients… It’s easy to make them a part of your daily diet. But for those who don’t like the taste, here’s something you can do to satisfy your taste buds. Have these crackers with yogurt sauce or hummus as a nutritious snack.”
Earlier, in an Instagram post, Bhagyashree had shared a throwback carousel reminiscing her “amazing vacation” with her girl gang in Prague.
