Romantic Drama Chelte Chelte of 2003 is one of Bollywood’s most memorable films. Initially, Aishwarya Rai was cast as a female lead, but things took an unexpected turn, and Rani Mukherjee stepped. Rani’s performance was highly praised on the release of Rani. Recently, director Aziz Mirza broke the silence when Aishwarya exiting the film and did she shoot an important part. He clarified that before exiting the project, only one day of shooting was completed with Aishwarya for a song.
In a conversation with Radio Nasha, Aziz Mirza discussed the exit of Chelte Chelte after filming, which had already started and shared, “I don’t know. Anyway, these are the areas that we unfortunately …”
When asked about the broad shooting with him, he clarified, “No, no, we shot only one song. (We just started the song Prem Nagaria, and the shooting was done one day. Unfortunately, things did not work. And then the queen came).
Aziz Mirza’s Clima Charge did not leave Juhi Chawla with Shah Rukh Khan for the first time after his successful support in his first three films. When asked about the decision, Mirza explained that he felt that it was a time for a change. He said that while Juhi was equally great, he believed that the audience could enjoy watching changes in pairing.
Meanwhile, the depiction of Raj and Rani Mukherjee’s Raj and Priya, in association with Aziz Mirza’s compelling direction, is a completely beautiful film. His performance and entertaining story makes the film memorable, and Soundtrack became a quick hit. The rituals examine the complexities of love through struggle and vulnerability, making it a fundamental film in his career.
On the work front, Aishwarya Rai was last seen in the Tamil-language film Ponyin Selvan: II. He has not announced his next film yet.
On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan will appear next time with his daughter Suhana Khan in Raja. Directed by Siddharth Anand, it also stars Abhishek Bachchan and Abhay Verma in lead roles.
