Include these three Ayurvedic practices in your daily routine for liver health

1. Papaya seeds

Instead of throwing away papaya seeds, use them to detox your liver. According to nutritionist Shweta J Panchal, papaya itself is wonderful for any kind of liver detox. Apart from the fruit and seeds, you can also use papaya leaves for liver health in general. Experts suggest roasting and toasting papaya seeds and then grinding them into a powder form. Consume this on an empty stomach in the morning for 30 days and it will help you detox your liver.

2. Dinacharya

Nutritionists suggest you fix your routine to detox your health. Start by waking up an hour before sunrise. Eat your lunch between 12 and 1 pm, as your digestive capacity is at its peak. Aim to have your dinner before 7 pm and go to bed by 10 pm. This can help detox your liver and keep it healthy.

3. Fasting

We all know that the liver is a strong and resilient organ. No matter how much you eat, this organ helps digest everything. But, according to nutritionist Panchal, if you keep eating without giving your liver time to reset, it will not get time to work on itself. To prevent this, give the liver some rest by fasting at least once a week. This will give your liver time to detox and support healthy overall functioning.
