Visually impaired comedian Bhavya Shah signs first film with Palash Muchhal
Visually impaired comedian Bhavya Shah, best known for India’s Got Latent, will make his acting debut with an upcoming film directed by Palash Muchhal.

Visually impaired comedian Bhavya Shah, who gained popularity with his performance in Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent, is all set to start his acting career. Musician and filmmaker Palash Muchhal has signed Shah for an upcoming film, the shooting of which is scheduled to begin in December.
Muchhal confirmed the casting by sharing a screenshot of a paparazzo’s Instagram post, which read, “India’s Got Latent fame Bhavya Shah signs Palash Muchhal film as lead.” The post was also accompanied by the motivational Bollywood track Asha.
Details about the film, including title and plot, have not been revealed.
Here is Palash Mucha’s post:

Bhavya Shah previously shared on India’s Got Latent that he was not born blind. Although he joked that he became “blind in love”, the truth is that he completely lost his sight at the age of 12.
Despite the challenges, Bhavya remained strong and scored an impressive 93.4% in her Class 10 exams.

“I touch type rather than write, and my computer is equipped with screen-reading software that puts into words everything on the display. This allows me to create tables, write chemical equations, do research, access textbooks, and get almost anything I need. “Everything like that helps.” Bhavya had told Asian Age in an old interview. The comedian later completed his post-graduation from Stanford University, USA.
According to her LinkedIn bio, Bhavya Shah is a “world champion in debate” and has “worked at the World Bank Headquarters and Meta (Reality Labs)” as well as gained experience as a quantitative social science researcher.
Meanwhile, Palash Muchhal recently directed Jiah Manek and Rajpal Yadav-starrer Kaam Chalu Hai.
