They will beautifully blend cultures while celebrating their individual heritage.
Reports suggest that the Dear Comrade co-stars had a great time dancing at their sangeet ceremony. Apparently, to ensure that there was no shortage of entertainment at the festival, a number of artistes were sent. This morning, a team of pundits were also seen arriving at the beautiful venue in Rajasthan to ensure that the ceremonies were as per traditions and in line with the famous couple’s respective cultures.
An India Today report said that at the sangeet ceremony, Vijay’s mother gifted traditional heirloom bangles to her daughter-in-law, symbolizing acceptance, love and family heritage. The couple is expected to attend their traditional haldi and mehendi ceremony, which is expected to take place today (February 25, 2026). Film producers Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Rahul Ravindran have reached Udaipur to join their union.

After keeping their relationship a secret, the couple opened up about their upcoming wedding. On Sunday, he announced that “Virosh’s wedding” is taking place on February 26, 2026.
In the note shared on their respective social media handles, Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda wrote, “Our dearest loves. Before we made any plans, before we chose anything for ourselves – you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us ‘Virosh’. So today – with all our hearts, we name our coming together in your honour. We would like to name it – ‘The Wedding of Virosh’.
