Indian street food is a heaven for food lovers. With people constantly experimenting with flavors, we often come across unique and unique dishes. One such video recently went viral and has everyone talking. It shows a vendor in Amritsar serving kulcha with chickpeas, but here’s the twist – ghee. And not just a drizzle, we’re talking heaps of ghee, enough to make even the most die-hard ghee fans swoon. While some were amazed by the grand creation, many internet users expressed their disapproval, objecting to the excessive use of ghee.

The now viral video shared on Instagram begins with the vendor proudly introducing his food stall, where he claims to serve an impressive 25 varieties of kulchas. The process starts with mashing all the ingredients to prepare the stuffing for kulcha. Once filled, he places it in the tandoor and cooks it slowly. But this is where things change. After taking the kulcha out of the tandoor, he dips it in an almost shocking amount of ghee. As soon as the video made its way to the internet, reactions started pouring in. Some viewers expressed serious concerns about the health risks of using too much ghee, while others took a lighter approach and joked about needing an ambulance on standby after eating it. This unique Kulcha creation has sparked a fun debate among food lovers.
