A woman faced a similar situation when she returned to her hometown. In a video posted on Instagram, the woman (@devikadhawan1) can be seen recording her father. Excited at the arrival of his daughter, the happy father celebrates the occasion in a sweet tone. He lists a series of sweets, and asks her to choose anything she wants from the menu. From malai kulfi to tutti frutti and carrot halwa to dal halwa – the options are endless.

“Why do you have so many things?” asks the woman before finally settling with Tutti Frutti. Don’t miss dad’s signature “Dad Walk.” “Tell me your dad is excited to bring you home without telling me,” read the text in the clip. The woman captioned the post, “It’s a dad walk for me though. Happy birthday to the best. Grateful for you and your dessert menu.” We’re not crying, you’re crying.
